Homicide anyone?

Mood: So frickin pissed
Music: Dirty Sunshine - Lillix
So let's update. When I last left you guys I was...in Adelaide...celebrating chrismas and not feeling homicidal! Man those days were great. Let's update.

Okay, so christmas was fun. Except for the whole loss of tradition thing. When I was little, I always used to wake up early to open presents. We'd open them at like 7 all still in pj's and stuff. This christmas, I didn't wake up till like 9, and then when I did get up, the present opening was continuosly postponed till about 1. Apparently cooking and cleaning take priority over this tradition, which kinda sucks in my opinion. I don't think anyone else noticed, but it felt like the loss of...something. I don't know. Innocence? Tradition? Childhood? Whatever it was, it was something special. So the christmas haul this year was...ok. I guess the absence of anything I really wanted, (except for those white thongs!) shows how detached I am from my parents. Or maybe I'm just not outspoken about what I want. Or maybe no one's really listening.

Dinner was good, had the relatives moving to Adelaide from Kuching fly in that morning. I think it was there first real Christmas dinner with a ham and everything which is kinda cool.

Okay, so let's skip forward to NYE. NYE was definitely fun. Spent at Glenelg, with a friend's house as home base. Thanks friend! Jetty Road was closed off and was packed with people. The fireworks were amazing, most of my friends made it and yea, I did end up getting to spend it with who I wanted to! Haha, I sound so corny and lame.

Okay, so the day after that, plane trip to Singapore. Totally sucky flight. Felt like crap for pretty much the whole thing. Singapore was like humidity/rain central once we got there. Next evening, flew to Osaka via (What's the capital of Thailand?) Bangkok. Once again, a totally crap flight. Got sick from Bangkok to Osaka. Cool movies on demand thing though. Got off the flight at 5am and then had to get straight onto a train for an hour to get to Kyoto. I'm so not made for over 14 hours of travel. Kyoto was fun. Hit the temple scene, Kinkakuji (Golden Pavilion), Kiyomizu Temple and some place with a whole lotta buddhas. The shopping there was alright, more invested in traditional things. Two days ago we took the shinkansen (bullet train) up to Tokyo. The trip took 2 hours, damn that train is fast! So I've done a fair amount of shopping so far, currently out of money. Right now, I'm sitting in the Crowne Plaza in Ikebukuro, Tokyo feeling homicidal.

Why am I feeling homicidal? you may ask. Don't you mean suicidal? Let me just say I definitely mean homicidal. I decided to bring my laptop on this special trip and it's now being used by everyone in the family. At first it was fine. But then I had to fight to use my own laptop. People...oh screw it let's be specific, my ass of a brother decided to no longer ask permission. So I passworded up. Today, we spent the day in different places. He got back to the hotel before anyone else, and did something that screwed up my laptop so majorly that he had to system restore it. For those of you not familiar with computer lingo, having to system restore your computer is pretty major. It basically means, you screwed up bad. So now, I'm so immensely pissed off but what makes it worse is that he's mad at me because I'm mad at him. That is what is driving me straight into homicide territory. So yea, that's me and my current mood. I'll post later on the more minor details when I'm less...angry.
